Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Apex Wallets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Non-custodial wallet

Apex is a non-custodial Bitcoin wallet interface. We provide the software interface for you to interact with the Bitcoin network. You retain full custody and control of your private keys and funds. Apex cannot access, freeze, or transfer your Bitcoin under any circumstances.

User responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your email access, password, and recovery phrase
• You must not use Apex for any illegal activity
• You are responsible for understanding how Bitcoin transactions work, including network fees and confirmation times
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

No financial services

Apex does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or custodial services. We do not hold your funds, execute trades on your behalf, or provide any regulated financial services.

Limitation of liability

Apex is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex shall not be liable for any loss of Bitcoin, loss of access due to forgotten credentials, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform. You are solely responsible for backing up your recovery phrase.

Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Apex may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Apex operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
